How do you camouflage a wedding ring?
We use a unique process that involves hydrographic imaging. There are many steps to this process and alot of care and attention to detail goes into every ring we coat. Each ring is coated to order for you.
How durable is the camo coating?
The coating is actually very durable. Although this is the same camo coating you will see on guns and other sporting goods, we take it a step farther and offer the toughest coating we can find. Much like the finish on your car, if subjected to multiple daily abuse, it can be damaged. Unfortunately, there is no coating in the world that is indestructible. Please take care in protecting your ring when it is being worn and if any damage happens, we will recoat it at no charge during the first year. After the initial year, recoating is only $25. Do you offer real diamonds?
No, due to the cost, we have chosen to offer a high grade cubic zirconia in our rings. Some of our customers have had their jeweler remove the prong set stones and replace them with diamonds. Do this at your own risk, we do not warranty any stones or ring issues other than the coating.
Why does it take so long to get my ring?
Each order is pulled in the order it was received. Each ring is custom coated to order this takes time. Generally Standard orders take 4 weeks to ship out.
Can I get my ring sooner than 4 weeks?
We offer a RUSH order option at the checkout page. Rush order puts your order in front of standard orders. Typically, Rush orders take less than two weeks to receive, please give us a call if you need it faster than 2 weeks so we can plan accordingly. Rush order fee is $35 extra.
How can I track my order?
You can either call us with your order number to check the status, or check your email for a tracking number for shipping. We are available M-F 9am-5pm PST at 877-780-2266 ext 2 or email us at camoring@nwhydroprint.com
We do not have a voicemail service for our camo ring dept. So please call back or email. All voicemails left for Northwest HydroPrint will be discarded as this is a separate part of the business which does NOT deal with camo rings.
How do you ship orders?
All orders, whether it be standard or rush are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Typically, this takes 2-3 days to arrive depending on where you live. If you want us to ship it another way, please contact us. Additional charges may apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but only to Canada at this time. Packages will be shipped USPS Priority International and typically take 6-10 days for arrival, although, sometimes longer during busy seasons (holidays, etc)
What is the shipping costs?
USPS Priority Mail is $9.99. If you choose Rush processing $35 more, that will include the shipping costs as well and will show up at checkout as $45 fee.
Do you offer a warranty for the camo coated ring?
Yes, we offer a warranty against any camo coating issues. For any reason, if the coating is damaged, we will re-coat your ring at no charge during the first year. If after that year, we will charge only $25 for re-coating the ring. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to our facility and we will cover the return shipping costs. WildTrax and Buck rings are not warrantied.
What if my ring is the wrong size?
If you find that the ring does not fit, you may exchange your new, unworn ring (tried on only) for another size for a flat fee of $25. Buck Rings and WildTrax rings can be exchanged at no charge because they are not camo coated.
If you think you received the wrong size, keep this in mind:
The width of the ring also determines the size you will need. Jewelers typically us a keychain style ring sizer to give you your size. This is great for very thin rings, but proves to be unreliable for rings 6mm wide or larger. We measure our rings using a ring mandrel to check for the size you ordered. This is also widely used by jewelers. Rule of thumb, the wider the ring, the larger the size you will need. Best thing to do is to try on acual rings that are 6-8mm wide to obtain the perfect fit.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on Camo coated rings. These are custom made to order. We will offer an exchanges for another ring of equal value. If you have an issue with your newly received ring, please do not hesistate to call us at 877-780-2266 Ext 2. We will do the best we can to eliminate any issues.
Please do not ask for refunds after you wore your ring and it has been damaged.
This is why we have a warranty.
Buck rings and WildTrax rings can be returned with a $15 restocking fee if they are returned in new, unworn condition.
Can I send in my own ring for coating?
Yes, we can coat your own ring as long as it is not too complicated. We can coat any metal surface: Gold, white gold, platinum, silver, titnanium, tungsten and stainless steel. Rings with deep grooves or etched wording or designs do not typically coat as well. Diamonds that are prong set should be removed prior to sending it to us, but this is optional. We will not be responsible for lost of damaged stones. Ring coating prices start at $30-$50 per ring.
