Proper Care of your Camo Ring
Please read the following information prior to ordering your camo ring. Contact us with any questions.
One Year Limited Warranty
Northwest HydroPrint will recoat your ring during the first year at no charge, if the ring’s finish fades or flakes or any other obscure problem arises that is not a result of damage or misuse. Rings that have been resized are not under warranty. Only the outer band, not the edges are covered under this warranty due to being a high wear area.
After the warranty expires, or your rings coating has been damaged, Northwest HydroPrint will gladly re-coat your ring for any reason (damage, print change etc.) for only $25 (includes shipping costs) If your ring does not fit, you can exchange it for $15 fee.
Your ring has been hydrographically coated with a special process called Water Transfer Printing. Please treat this ring’s finish like you would treat the finish on your cell phone, ipod, glasses, car or any other painted or decorated surface.
Please clean your ring with mild soap and water only. Do not use ring cleaners or chemicals such as alcohol or acetone.
· Polish your ring using a micro fiber cloth like the ones used for eye glasses.
· Although the coating is durable, please remember to remove your ring when doing any work that may damage the finish (i.e. working with chemicals, mechanics, welders, etc.) You get the idea.
You will notice some paint, print or even some scuff marks on the inside edges of your ring. As you wear the ring, these areas will polish out. Download this info below:
$7.95 - Standard Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and all rings will be insured for the full replacement value if the ring is lost , damage or stolen during transit.
How long does it take? Standard time to receive your ring is 3-4 weeks. Rush orders are 1-2 weeks. This extended time is because we do not often have each size in stock and your ring may need to be ordered from our ring manufacture. After your ring arrives, it will generally take about 3-5 days to receive it's camo coating. Keep in mind each ring is individually coated to ensure quality.
If you have an important date that you need your ring by, please contact us to see if we can get the ring to you in time. We cannot guarantee turnaround time due to so many variables in this process. Bridezillas, please shop elsewhere. :) Otherwise, we are happy to help in any way!

1. How durable is the coating? Will it chip off?
The coating is very durable, but keep in mind, no finish is invincible and therefore, care is needed to protect it. Do not wear your ring while working with other heavy metals or around harsh chemicals as metal to metal contact and some chemicals can be damaging. Otherwise, your ring should be worn daily without incident.
2. How come it takes so long to get my ring?
Each ring is individually made to order. In some cases we may have to order your specific size in for you, then each ring is sand blasted, primered, painted, coated with camouflage and then a top coat is applied. Each ring is then polished and shipped out. This complete process takes about 5 days. We process rings in the order we recieve them and this can take up to 4 weeks to reach you by mail.
3. I am wondering about my order status?
Usually we do not email you with a play by play info about your ring. You are welcome to contact us for this info, but keep in mind we get hundreds of calls and emails and sometimes they do not get returned the same day. We will email you when your item is shipped out.
4. What if I need my ring ASAP??
We do have a rush option for $35 extra. This allows us to give your ring priority over other orders and get it done faster. This does not include expedited shipping, this is extra and can be chosen at check out.
5. What does my ring include?
Your ring will be shipped with a care and warranty info card, and neatly placed in a ring box. All shipments are insured for full replacement value.
